THE eWICKLER Comfort eW940-F, eW940-F-M

The smoke alarm signal evaluation allows an automatic pulling up of the shutters, which ensures even more safety in case of fire. The eW940-F in the surface mounted version has individually adjustable times for lifting and lowering the shutters as much as internal network-synchronized watch. The time and function can be read and operated with a large LC display. Particularly clever: the brightness of the display can be adjusted individually. The extensive automatic functions in conjunction with the eUhr eU140 or the smart home capability by WIR-CONNeCT provide additional comfort.

Soft start and soft stop ensure that the shutters run quietly even in the intermediate position. With our accessories, such as the sun sensor, you can make your electric belt winder even smarter. The assembly is easy to perform and can be done without demolition of walls and expensive painting and wallpapering. Our eWickler is therefore ideal for quick and easy retrofitting.

EASY INSTALLATION IN 3 EASY STEPS

1. REMOVE OLD SWIVEL WINDER

Lower your roller shutters completely so that you can remove the old belt winder and unwind the webbing.

2. INSERT BELT STRAP IN eWICKLER

Cut the belt approx. 20 cm below the swivel position and guide the belt into the swivel winder.

3. CONNECTING THE eWICKLER

The installation is also uncomplicated: simply fix the eWickler with mounting screws, pay attention for straight installation and distance to the masonry. You are done!

Can I use the existing belt or do I have to retrofit?

The existing belt can be used The eWickler eW940-F fits with every standardized 23 mm belt.

Can I retrofit all shutters with the eWickler?

All popular shutters can be fitted with our eWickler, it doesn’t matter if it’s synthetic, aluminum or wood shutters. Raising and lowering works with the push of a button.

Can the belt winder also get connected directly to the power supply?

A plug connection for the socket is designated. The belt winder can also be connected to the local power grid. You can choose freely between surface-mounting or flush-mounting the cable.

Does a belt of 15mm width fit as well?

For a belt width of 15 mm you need the eWickler with the suffix -M in its item code. These are specifacally designed for this smaller belt width.

Can I also buy the eWickler in a specialty store?
